Adult Education Center “Hartmann&Mayer” Brčko District of BiH

The Adult Education Center “Hartmann&Mayer” Brčko District of BiH is an educational institution established in accordance with the Law on Adult Education of the Brčko District of BiH. The Center is licensed and accredited to provide education for persons over 17 years of age (secondary education), and persons over 15 years of age (primary education). The curriculum is adapted to the needs and capabilities of employed persons. Classes are organized in specially adapted classrooms through correspondence and consultation-based instruction, with an interactive teacher-student approach. Professional practical training is provided in institutions and companies qualified to conduct practical training, and at the request of the Center’s students, they may also arrange professional practical training themselves at other institutions and companies. The Adult Education Center “Hartmann&Mayer” offers its students the following educational programs:

ACQUIRING SECONDARY VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS is intended for candidates who have completed only primary school, or who started but discontinued their education at another school, provided they can prove this with certificates showing the grades they completed.

REQUALIFICATION is intended for candidates who have completed a three- or four-year secondary school program and wish to obtain a qualification in another occupation through a requalification program.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION is intended for candidates who have completed a three-year secondary vocational education program and wish to obtain a four-year secondary vocational qualification within the same field.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING is organized as part of non-formal education in the form of courses, educational programs, vocational training, and professional development as part of work processes.
